Marc Griffin is a former baseball player from Quebec. At the beginning of his career, he played with the Men’s Canadian Olympic team at the Seoul Games in 1988.
Griffin signed his first professional contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers. He played in the organization from 1988 to 1991. After nursing an injury, he was traded to the Montreal Expos in 1993, once batting for Gary Carter in an exhibition game.
Griffin retired following the 1994 season and found success as a color commentator was during Expos broadcasts from 1995 to 2005. He is currently a TV analyst with the RDS network.
Mr. Griffin is also Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Baseball Federation.
