On January 17th and 18th 2023, at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, renowned athletes Bruny Surin and Steve Bégin participated in the TOPP real estate sales conference.
The conference, a 2-day training event, created an exceptional learning environment dedicated to Quebec real estate brokers by allowing them to learn from the province's greatest. Thereby, Olympic gold medalist Bruny Surin and former Montreal Canadiens player Steve Bégin were asked to share their personal stories on the road to success.
With their personal stories of perseverance through adversity and evolving in a competitive world, they demonstrated how real estate brokers can use tactics from sports to succeed including maintaining focus on goals, taking risks strategically, developing strong teamwork, remaining organized, staying determined, and learning from failure. These methods can help them become better leaders in real estate and reach new heights!
