*Updated, renewed agreement for the 2019-2020 season*
Montreal, Monday, July 22, 2019 - Authentique Productions contacted MVP Group Agency to find a hockey legend for La Cage Brasserie Sportive commercials. Being the perfect candidate for this challenge, Yvon Lambert was invited at the shooting of the company's publicity at La Cage Boucherville.
His role was to play the character of a customer tasting the gastronomy of their restaurant. True to form, the Canadiens' former glory did things well with his usual charisma. A humorous tone was also in the air with the appearance of the entertaining Jo Roberge. Indeed, the presence of the colourful comedian and his baby tiger added a lot of spice to the ad.
The advertising project was a success all around and generated a lot of reactions on social media. La Cage's association with Yvon Lambert definitely did not go unnoticed and was very popular with the Quebec public.
