MVP Group Agency makes a strong showing at its first Rendez-vous Sports

In this difficult time, it is important to motivate each other and to stay focused on our goals. There is a great sense of solidarity among the Quebec population, and the sports community is no exception. https://exclusif.influenceworld.net/conferencelive

Through a groundbreaking initiative, MVP Group Agency has launched a series of interactive panels featuring some of Quebec's best-known sports celebrities. For its first Rendez-vous Sports, MVP Group Agency President Simon Arsenault hosted the program with a well-known figure in the sports industry, Luc Gélinas. Their guests were: world boxing champion Marie-Ève Dicaire, Montreal Canadiens player Tomas Tatar and Montreal Impact player Samuel Piette. All this in collaboration with the 91.9 Sports and RDS.

The presentation was made in the form of a webinar, which is simply a seminar-style conference presented live on the MVP Group's Facebook page. A very interesting concept that charmed the audience and allowed them to ask their questions instantly to the athletes.

For Marie-Ève Dicaire, the current crisis has brought her a lot of uncertainty. She was supposed to compete against American Claressa Shields in Flint, Michigan (USA) in the hope of winning two new belts, as she is already the IBF Middleweight Champion. The biggest fight of her career scheduled for May 9 has been cancelled several weeks after the start of quarantine measures in Quebec. For some time, her training was therefore maintained despite the circumstances. Despite the strong disappointment, she says she is relieved by the decision, which is safer for everyone. Fortunately, Marie-Ève has the support of her coaches who challenge her daily and help her stay in shape despite the limited equipment at her disposal. She takes advantage of the forced break to get a head start on her future opponents.

For his part, Samuel Piette is currently at his cottage with his pregnant spouse. He says he is disappointed at the idea of not being able to play soccer for an indefinite period of time, but he considers himself fortunate to be able to be safe with his partner and his future newborn child. He runs a lot since endurance is the basis of his sport and he also follows the different weightless training circuits offered by his coaches. Samuel says that discipline is really important for him and that he has to use his creativity to stay in shape. He also has to improvise himself as a cook that he is not necessarily used to be during the season. Reading and watching Netflix allow him to occupy the rest of his time.

As for Tomas Tatar, he returned to Slovakia with his girlfriend Veronica to be closer to his family in case of necessity. The decision was not an easy one, but one argument in favour of his return was his easier access to training equipment. Indeed, he owns a gym near his home which allows him to be better equipped. In addition to his regular training, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend to watch Netflix and learn new Tiktok dances. Following the viewing of his advertisement with Küto Tartar Counters during the webinar, he also mentioned how much he missed Montreal's gastronomy. Tomas tries to stay positive in spite of everything and makes sure he has a busy schedule.

In short, the athletes understand the power they have to inspire society and invite people to stay positive by enjoying their families. To conclude, we are inviting you to our Rendez-vous Affaires, Wednesday, April 15 at 2:30 p.m., that will feature Pierre Lavoie, Joël Bouchard and Sylvain Guimond. You can also expect other sports panels in the coming weeks with guests such as Georges St-Pierre, Jean Pascal and many others.
